Tryout Registration, Waiver & SMS Terms – VISION FC HOUSTON (One FC Houston)

By registering for tryouts with VISION FC HOUSTON (One FC Houston), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver:
Participation in soccer training, tryouts, and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or accidents. By registering, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless VISION FC HOUSTON (One FC Houston), its owners, coaches, staff, affiliates, and facility partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in tryouts and related activities, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Medical Authorization:
In the event of an emergency, you authorize VISION FC HOUSTON staff to seek appropriate medical care for the participant. You understand that you are responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

Photo & Media Release:
By participating in tryouts, you grant permission for VISION FC HOUSTON (One FC Houston) to use photos and videos of the participant for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

Tryout Policy:
Tryout registration does not guarantee team placement. Player selection is at the sole discretion of the coaching staff. Tryout fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
